I really love Gravastar products

I really love Gravastar products. The k98pro keyboard is awesome, feels really great and very thocky typing experience and the switches are just heavy enough that my essential nervous tremors dont accidentally trigger double or triple taps. The mercury x pro mouse is so light it feels like a toy but doesnt feel like i'm going to break it. The only reason i took a star is just because of the wait time, but that is because of my impatience.

I did not expect this keyboard to be…

I did not expect this keyboard to be this good! It’s like clicking on a cloud and it feels so soft! The RGB is sooo cool and obsessing to look at while playing. The mouse was great to hold and the holes in it really prevented sweaty hands. The sound of the keyboard is even better irl than on the videos. This is without doubt the biggest upgrade I’ve done to my setup.

Excellent overall.

Excellent overall. Shipping was very fast. 5 open days from china to Canada. Wow. Product itself k98 aPro, I was waiting for so long to finally have a Gravstar full keyboard (almost full) it is simply perfect. And I also have the cyberpunk k1 Pro loved it but was missing the num pad on the right….. so I sold it. I would love to have from you guys a vertical mouse…. That would be the cherry on top of the ice cream.

I’ve been trying to return the unused…

Updated: Originally posted about a promotion/cancellation issue with an order. The company has since offered to waive return shipping fees so I can receive a full refund. Waiting for the refund to clear.

I ordered some really cool wireless…

I ordered some really cool wireless earbuds from them. They sat shipping label created for a week. I contacted their customer service asking for an update. They said they would contact the shipper and get back to me in 5-8 business days (already ridiculous). My package proceeded to sit for another week+ with no movement and no updates. I never heard back from Gravastar. But the package finally started moving (very slowly). I still haven't recieved it and with the way it is moving I probably won't have my package until 2-3 weeks past its expected arrival date. I would have paid for expedited shipping with a reliable carrier, but that's not an option. All they have is this shitty 2 party awful shipping. They make cool stuff, but save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else. I will never shop with them again.

The product is top notch

The product is top notch. Solid, gorgeous, performs well. I am a huge fan now, and im buying a lot more! I recently went jnto a razer store and all the products seemed so cheaply made compared to these, not even close. I do have a complaint: the software to connect my mouse and keyboard is EXTREMELY POORLY MADE. It takes away considerably from the experience of such an amazing product. I would highly recommend putting some serious cash into the software experience. Likely you can create something better, even with just Claude or ChatGPT- Which is pretty ridiculous for a company creating such amazing products. Still a 5 star review only because of the creativity and quality. Please fix software asap to match the product with the experience!
