Many consumers point out that the customer support team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful when assistance or replacement parts are required.

I’ll admit, after reading some reviews I thought, “Oh no…” but my experience turned out great.
I did receive a faulty product at first, and responses sometimes took a bit longer than expected. I also had to pay €12 for return shipping (which is the normal cost to ship a package from Germany to the Netherlands), so that’s something to keep in mind. But when support replied, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
After about a month of use, I got a replacement and WOW, the new one works perfectly. Huge improvement. They even let me keep the original unit, which gave me a bunch of spare parts I can still use. That’s seriously awesome.
They turned a bad start into a really positive experience. Because of that, I’ll definitely order from Gravastar again.
I've got to say the quality of this product is above and beyond excellent. The attention to detail is exquisite; as is the performance. You just can't beat the clickity clack of the switches as you speed along. The RGB is set up to act like a drop of water hits the keyboard each time I press a key. I feel like I'm in a futuristic wonderland every time I type something. I use it for Solidworks design which makes it overkill for that application, but I still appreciate every bit of the Gravastar Mercury K1 as I design away.
Very pleased with the keyboard thus far , love the sound the keys make , and it looks fantastic . The only complaint I have is that the RGB is so bright I can’t always see the labels of the keys , not a huge deal for gaming , but can be weird sometimes while typing .
