I recently used the shampoo to cover my greys with light brown and my hair looks amazing! The greys did not FULLY get covered (I have A LOT) but I also probably did an inadequate coverage amount for the first time so I will go back for a second. After purchasing online, the processing and shipping was prompt. The shampoo works great on both my husband and me. I only have a few white strands, so I use my regular shampoo, then rinse, then I apply Polar to those few white strands, wait for 15-20 min, then rinse and condition with my regular conditioner. The instructions say to use on dry hair, but applying it to damp hair works as well. I leave it on for longer than instructed just to be sure the color adheres well. I don’t experience any skin/scalp irritation. The process is quick and easy and so much cheaper than going to a salon!

My order arrived well packaged. The pump bottle is easy to use which is important to me and one of the reasons I can no longer use box dyes. It's not shampoo, you put it on dry hair and it really doesn't leave my hair feeling clean but other than this it works exactly as promised. The colour is good for me. You do need a conditioner afterwards. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase.
