Four days ago I was told by this scam company support team that I’d receive a full refund after their theft of funds from my bank that were not authorised by me. They have hacked my account and emails. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT OR THIS SCAM.

DO NOT get involved with this company and their products. They’ve hacked my computer and bank account and stolen money from it. I now have police involved and fraud lawyers in Singapore. They tell your bank lies, who then do not refund you. Then they offer a refund, but dont send it, claiming that they need MORE details. This is so they can infiltrate using spyware. AVOID.

AI's are not all equal!! You Can DO BETTER with the competitions options
The third party restrictions are ridiculous. I cant try anything, not even with the simplest of instructions. some non-explicit words like ample or curvy are blocked. No large dimension photos can be used. This platform is difficult to use because other tools and steps are going to be needed before the engine can render. It wasn't like this a year ago when I first found this platform, its garbage now.

1st It uses credits, so the number of videos promised on the subscription is not accurate. We burned all credits trying to make a 30 second video only took 2 times witch the AI agent kept screwing up. They force you to buy a 1-year membership with no free trial period and no refunds so by the time you realize the application just keep draining your money for low-quality stuff you lost the year subscription money it took us 10 minutes playing with it to realize is not a smart AI. It's just a cheap but expensive AI agent with a money grab subscription.
