Shipping was so quick, and the swimsuits are quality made. However they do run small

I'm completely lost, I'm not a fan of the exchange requirement. I have to give a positive review on order to exchange an incorrectly sent order? This is my first and probably last order with this company. Not to mention i had to wait weeks for the order to be delivered. Smh. Im still in limbo with no CS to call.
Customer service was fast and lots of return/ exchange options when one of the bras I ordered was a bit too small. One bra was a perfect fit.
Fast delivery and great response time from their customer service. Bathing suit material is high quality and their Sculpting Curve Mesh Skirt one piece bathing suit is very flattering especially for those with extra curves. Their exchange process really is hassle free!
love this company! great customer service!!! definitely a satisfied customer!
I loved the bra—the quality and fit were great overall, but unfortunately the cups were a little too small for me. The exchange process was quick and easy, and customer service made everything very simple. Looking forward to trying the next size up!
I will absolutely be returning to order more from Popilush! The fabric and details of the dress I ordered is phenomenal, and the customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend Popilush!
The dresses run extremely small. I'm normally a large/extra large and couldn't get the dress past my thighs! I also unintentionally pulled the tag off when attempting to pull the dress up, so be careful with that. Customer service was quick to respond and provide a link to exchange. We'll see how round 2 goes.
Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear the dress ran much smaller than expected and that the tag came off unintentionally — we understand how frustrating that must have been. We're glad our customer service team was able to assist you quickly with an exchange. If you haven't already, we recommend checking the size chart on our website for the replacement order, and if you need any help with sizing or the tag issue, please don't hesitate to reach out to us again. We hope round 2 is a perfect fit! Thank you for giving us another try.
