Quality was not as expected.

Holes in leather where not completely punched through requiring me to buy a tool to be able to sew. Took a long time to get English instructions. Also items required for assembly where missing.

Dear Sandra, we're so sorry for the missing screws of the ethnic style doctor bag and they'll be shipped ASAP. And some of bags are using laser punching techniques, a few holes were not punched through. We've prepared the punch awl in the package. And sorry again for the late English instructions.
