Scanners I ordered were discontinued. Was contacted by their rep who offered an alternative, so we bought a few to test. Worked great for our need.

For the first time I experienced a shipping issue that damaged the device I ordered. I initiated the RMA, which was easy & quick. POSGuys took care of me and had a replacement device sent the next day. Excellent customer service, always!
Story Time
Story Time! Our dealership just switched over its major software and because our previous system was so old we had to buy a networkable Receipt printer. I found one and ordered it! Quick and easy purchase. I unfortunately had to order a different printer for compatibility reasons and I got onto their live chat with Kaitlyn and she got me setup with the new printer to ship the same day I made the mistake. I got the printer within 4 days! Very quick and very pleased! Thank you!

POS Guys always answers the phone, look up your account and bingo ship your goods right away. I have been using POS Guys for oh so many years and they have been there for me through a business change and a few meltdowns 😂. Outstanding Support and Sales Experience
Had an issue right out of the gate with the Zebra printer. I called support and spoke with a technician who spent about an hour helping me get everything sorted out—and taught me a few things along the way. It’s worth working with a company that not only sells a product but also truly understands it and stands behind its customers with solid support.
Outstanding Service
Chad was incredibly patient, understanding and didn't stop until all my questions were answered. He made sure we went through several printing and label options to make sure the results were what was needed. Chad made a stressful situation for me go away!
