POSGuys has outstanding customer service! They were able to find two power supplies for our Cognitive printers, which had been very difficult to locate. I was so excited to receive the email letting me know they had found them and that they were available. Their dedication to helping customers find hard-to-source parts is truly appreciated. I highly recommend POSGuys for their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The main issue is poor product…
The main issue is poor product discriptions. Had they had better discriptions i would not have purchased that model. They only want to refund me if i buy the more expensive model. Not happy. The service was good, in that they were attentive to my issues but could not get it resolved to my needs.
