The picture and frame came out exactly like the preview. So nice! Just wish it was available in larger sizes. I bought the largest one but still too small for the area I needed. The light color wood frame is beautiful and of great quality!

We ordered 2 items and didn't come together and after contacting them about this they were very quick to respond and act immediately on the missing item and got this in no more than 1 week. Great customer service and will be a returning customer

What a great experience I had. After I placed my order, I realized I had made several mistakes. I emailed them & asked to please correct my mistakes before they were sent to production. Within hours I received an email back telling me it was no problem to fix whatever I needed fixed. Immediately after that they sent back a pic of the corrections asking me if everything looked good & should they send it off to production. I couldn’t believe it… they responded so fast & we’re actually so pleasant about helping me correct that I made. They are so helpful & really care about your order. I wish all companies were like this!!

I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of this product - it looked like something printed out from a home computer on naff paper. I appreciate the items are bespoke, hence no refunds, but there is no way of assessing the quality without placing an order. £30+ for a really cheap and nasty product. My only consolation is that i didn't upgrade to the larger version and waste £50!
