My order was sitting in limbo and the company could not give me accurate infor.ation as to what the delay actually was or when i would receive order. I found the lack of care in regards to me getting the item by a certain time for a gift did not sit well with me & i felt i was given a stock standard excuse as to what the delay was all about. " A technical issue" was all i got. Then after waiting for this order to be sorted there was tracking issues and they still couldnt tell me when order would arrive. Once i actually got the order i was very happy with the actual item.

Unfortunately, as we mentioned, your order was affected by an unexpected production issue, which delayed dispatch. We understand that our explanation of the issue was not as detailed as you would have liked, but we always shared the most accurate information available to us from our production partner as soon as we received it. Once your order was dispatched, we understand the tracking updates caused additional frustration. While we monitor shipments as closely as possible, we unfortunately do not have any control over the tracking information or scan history displayed by the shipping carrier. Any inconsistencies in the tracking updates are generated by the carrier's system, and we're unable to modify or influence them. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a 10% refund to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. While we know this couldn't make up for missing such an important occasion, it was our sincere attempt to recognise the disappointment this experience caused. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the final product, although we completely understand that this did not make up for the delayed delivery.
Never having done anything like this before I was so pleased with the response time, the dedication and the personal care that was afforded to me. My print is proudly up in my lounge and has been made with absolute attention to detail. I would highly reccomend this company 100%

I made a mistake with my order, and downloaded it, noticed it the next day, and asked if there was anyway they could fix it, even of the two hours that they provide was up. Half hour later I had the fixed version in my inbox waiting to be downloaded. Beyond happy with the service.

Poor quality for what you pay for. The paper and the print really feels cheap yet they charge a premium. Would not recommend.
