Jason Chouinard has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Very professional and fast! I am responsible for 2 locations. I was forced to order one a day, due to some coupon or order restrictions. Which was annoying, why can't I buy things all at once. It would be great if I could order multiple posters to different locations. Then you shipped with USPS and they said they dropped one to our location and didn't get a name, but it was our neighbor and i couldn't file a missing package for 7 days because of your policy. For a task that should be simple this was very extra.

The poster arrived and i thought it would be a whole lot bigger. Very disappointed . This was advertised as a poster and it was really a 8x 10 .

Our rep Dan if fairly responsive, but when he places orders or reorders for us because we have not received product it is rare that what is ordered is what is delivered. He says this is due to another department so wanted to share feedback in hopes that a review of the workflow process would hopefully correct some of the timing and product received issues.

Incorrect compliance posters sent and no follow-through on replacement
I ordered Washington State and Seattle labor law posters advertised as 2026 compliant, but received posters dated 2025.
Because these materials are purchased specifically for legal compliance, receiving prior-year posters defeats the purpose of the product. I contacted the company immediately on January 20 and provided photos of what I received, along with screenshots showing that the listing indicated 2026 compliance.
I did not receive a response from the company.
After following up, I was informed on February 3 that updated 2026 posters were in production and anticipated to ship on February 5. As of February 25, I have not received the corrected posters, tracking information, or further communication.
Compliance materials require accuracy, transparency, and timely fulfillment. If updated posters are not yet available, this should be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase (for example, as a pre-order) rather than fulfilling an order with outdated materials. Additionally, once a replacement ship date is provided, tracking confirmation and follow-through are essential.
At this point, I have requested a refund and sourced materials elsewhere. Following up to request this has been unsuccessful.
I hope the company improves its communication, transparency around product availability, and follow-through on promised ship dates, as these are critical for customers relying on compliance products.

My first poster arrived perfectly, but it was the one I ordered later after I realized I missed one. The original 3 I ordered have not arrived and I have not heard back on what the situation is.

The website is consistently confusing
The website is consistently confusing. I can't tell whether I'm actually renewed for the coming year, but I assume that we are. I couldn't tell by the account on the day that I processed it. At least I was able to log in with the same profile this time, unlike previous years.
