We've been a long-time customer of Poster Compliance. We are really happy with their product and service. However, there are times when we receive the updated posters after the change was enacted for the state. We subscribe for Federal, and the states of WV & OH. i.e.) We are still waiting for our OH updated poster for 2026, OH changed their minimum wage as of January 1, 2026; and I realize that it is only the 20th of the month. If we were to be audited, we would be written up as a violation. They do review our posters and look closely at the dates.

The Ohio update was processed in December, and an email notice was sent with instructions to print and post the interim notice while the physical update was in transit.
