Life would be impossible without PSM
We travel a lot and are often not at a permanent address for long periods. As close to 100% reliable as it's possible to be. Since we subscribed over ten years ago, the number of glitches in over a thousand received mailpieces is maybe three, all of which were very quickly resolved to my entire satisfaction by helpful, friendly, competent staff. Oh, and don't forget: virtually no junk mail! And where we live is our private business.

I had a great experience with PostScan Mail. Their customer service was responsive, professional, and very helpful from the beginning. Every question I had was answered clearly, and the entire process was explained step by step. A special thank you to Latia for her outstanding support. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. It's rare to receive this level of customer service these days. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend PostScan Mail to anyone looking for a reliable virtual mailbox service.
London Location - Potential Scam
I paid upfront for a month of servicein London and an additional fee to their "preferred" notarization provider and continue to receive a notification that I hadnot completed onboarding. I verified my documents in their system more than once, verified them AGAIN with the notary service, then received a one-off email directing me to email ANOTHER company because my verification wasn't completed and my forms were declined. I emailed that company and they sent me a link to YET ANOTHER company requesting I upload multiple forms of ID and selfies - this would be the fourth time I had gone through this process. At this point I firmly believe they've stolen both my money as well as my ID documents to do lord knows what. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had with a business.

The staff is friendly beyond belief
The staff is friendly beyond belief and the app that I use to manage my mailbox is amazingly intuitive and super user-friendly. Any fears I had about how difficult it would be to manage my correspondence remotely have been completely alleviated do to the professionalism and customer service that I’ve been receiving from the team at PostScan Mail in Orlando. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been with PSM for several years now and I've had a great experience with the remailer. The service is reliable, my package always arrives safely and on time, and the entire process of having my mail forwarded is smooth and easy. I definitely plan to keep using this PSM and recommend it to others

PostScan Mail works very well over my first 3 months. The website and app are easy to use and requests to open or forward mail have been quickly handled so far. In particular, the customer support has been very good. Someone always answers the phone and assistance is helpful.
