Need personalized help. I had a rescind request as it the initial scan was not fully sized correctly and I did not know how to request or know what specific request could be placed.

A rescan can be requested for any item in your account that has already been scanned — whether that's the exterior of a piece of mail or the contents from an open and scan request. I enjoyed picking up my mail at the Western Ave location. I was able to schedule pickup. The receptionist was professional and personable. She asked to see my ID and handed my mail promptly. The location was easy to find and the office space was clean and organized.
I walk into the office to pick up mail and before I even get near the counter, when no other customers are there, I am immediately asked how I can be helped. Very professional.
The office I pick up the mail is great. The app informs me when mail has arrived and allows me to arrange for pick. My gripe would be that I was told I would not pay anything for the pick up for the mail as long as I scheduled the pick, through PostScan Mail. Unfortunately, I am being charged despite being told I would not be charged for scheduled picks. I was told the person was new who gave me that information, so... Strange approach.

Pickup fees are determined by the location, not by whether a pickup is scheduled through the app. Our company-owned and managed locations always offer free pickup, while some third-party partner locations do charge a fee, which is listed on each location's pricing page under Additional Fees. We're sorry if that wasn't made clear when you signed up. If you'd like to make any changes, our team would be happy to help review your options and make sure you're at a location that works best for you.
Honolulu Branch Post Scan Mail
I'm specifically writing about the Honolulu, Hawaii branch that I have a subscription with. Amazing customer service, communication and all around a great experience. I signed up at a time when they were still looking for a local operator to run it and had to wait around 2 months for it to happen. Once they found someone, it has been smooth sailing since I moved over from Anytime Mailbox. Bernadeth runs a tight ship and is amazing at customer service and communication. I received a refund check from the IRS and she mailed it to me. Not only did she mail it, she packed it so well that if that envelope fell into water, it would have been completely water proof. She takes great care in how she communicates and really tries to figure out the problem. I'm glad I signed up with Post Scan Mail. They even take care of junk mail by NOT uploading it into your mail portal. Worth every dollar of my monthly subscription payment knowing my mail is taken care of.

As someone who recently moved to Ireland for an extended period of time, it's nice to have a place for all my U.S. mail to go. PostScan lets me know when I receive mail and gives me the opportunity to decide what to do with it. It works for my U.S. bank, insurance companies, Social Security, etc.
Janna Jimerson is an absolute standout.
Janna Jimerson is an absolute standout. The one note of concern is that apparently someone doesn't like her bringing her dog to work. Dog-friendly workplaces are one of the nicest modern professional things - especially for a job that involves lots of solo time. Please consider allowing (and celebrating) dogs at the workplace.
