Product is good and regular tracking updates
My order hasn’t arrived and I’m getting the runaround.
I ordered a phone charger in mid June. It’s now early September and it’s still not here. After over a month of no shipping updates I contacted customer support and was told that it had in fact been delivered to my locking mailbox that very day. I checked my mailbox and my charger was not there. I let them know this and was told to give it a few days, as sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. I waited a few days and contacted them again that it had not arrived. I was told it was out of their hands and to contact the shipping company, which was NOT USPS. The shipping company claimed it was delivered to my mailbox. Only I and USPS have a key to the mailbox. I have Informed Delivery and USPS has delivered no packages during the window they claim my charger could have arrived. Honestly, one star is too many for this experience.

The device took what seemed like forever to arrive. The plug for my IPhone was not long enough to charge my phone. It was much smaller than I expected.
Waste of Money
It is crazy how this will not fit on a standard garden hose and you need to cut the hose to use this nozzle. I am not cutting my $300 garden hose that automatically rewinds to use this. Piece of garbage made of plastic.

Great charger! It arrived in about 3 weeks, was easy to order, and looks great. It works exactly as expected, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I’d definitely recommend it!

Quicksolve.com was great to help me when my initially ordered two BEMO 240W Angled Stand Cables. There was a glitch with my phone when I was placing the order so my order was inadvertantly doubled, but quick resolve was able to cancel the duplicate order and refund the additional monies deducted from my debit card.

The company did a great job of informing me of the status of shipping. I liked that very much. The order arrived in good shape. My only disappointment is that what arrived is not what I thought I ordered. I honestly don't know who the mistake belongs too.
Spoons
They were a little flimsy. I thought they would be sturdier.

The order came fairly quickly and I was kept aware of how the shipping was progressing but am very disappointed on the quality of spoons. I truly believed they would be a heavier quality of stainless steel. They seemed rather thin and not smoother and heavier. I guess you get what you pay for.? We'll use them and maybe I'll change my mind.

Your communication was very good & I just received the t-shirt bras yesterday, June 1st. And I really like them (I bought 3). The order was placed May 7th, so it took almost a month to get them. That is the one improvement I can see....expedite shipping if possible. In this day & age of almost instant Amazon orders....a month seems like an eternity! But the quality & fit of the shirts are perfect! Thank you
