My order hasn’t arrived and I’m getting the runaround.
I ordered a phone charger in mid June. It’s now early September and it’s still not here. After over a month of no shipping updates I contacted customer support and was told that it had in fact been delivered to my locking mailbox that very day. I checked my mailbox and my charger was not there. I let them know this and was told to give it a few days, as sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. I waited a few days and contacted them again that it had not arrived. I was told it was out of their hands and to contact the shipping company, which was NOT USPS. The shipping company claimed it was delivered to my mailbox. Only I and USPS have a key to the mailbox. I have Informed Delivery and USPS has delivered no packages during the window they claim my charger could have arrived. Honestly, one star is too many for this experience.
