They helped me size our unit
They helped me size our unit, and when that unit was no longer available, they recommended the Harvia brand, and again that size had been discontinued, so they advised the unit we purchased. From payment to delivery was a little more than a week, and the price was very competitive. Great experience.

The sauna is beautifully made. The 10 wall/floor/roof sections are really heavy but they go together nicely and the fasteners are all stainless and well organized. The instructions are not the greatest but we muddled thru ok. Hooking up the control unit required a couple of jumpers which was not clear in the wiring diagram. Had to get help from the distributor on that which delayed things a bit. Finally got everything working. The
Cable for the remote panel controller was too short and it is a European cat 5 which has a different connector than the US cat 5 phone wire so we had to special order a longer cable to get things working properly. Now to wax the interior before first use.

Excellent Service
I ordered the Golden Designs Hanko 2-3 person sauna from Premium Saunas. The customer service was excellent - very responsive and timely. The order processing was very efficient and smooth.
