Amazing customer service!

They had very quick and responsive customer service. I intentionally called on a holiday weekend and they were the only distributor I could find with a live agent to speak to - not to mention a very knowledgeable one. Upon receiving the sauna - I had a question and their team was immediately available via phone and the same person could also see an email I had sent. Excellent service.

Purchasing was a great experience. Only drawback is lack of organization and control of delivery. We asked for specific delivery date but carrier delivered almost 5 days early and just dropped off in the front of the house.

Product arrived fast and contractors were able to quickly and easily install. The only knock was that the shipping was very confusing as there were multiple shipments and it was difficult to tell if I had received everything because it kept saying more were on the way. Can’t wait to enjoy my new sauna.

Customer Services is outstanding. Second to none. Our money was refunded due to a frustrating experience where your competitor did not have our sauna in stock but originally said they did. Once we cut with them, I called Premium Sauna and had an equivalent order placed in an hour. Simple.

Best customer care when a problem occurred.

It's one thing when a company gets an order out promptly and timely shipping, but it is another when something goes wrong after a while and the customer needs help. The response to our issue by Premium Saunas was incredible. Same day email help and update, and not only by one employee, but I think 4 of them made sure we were taken care of. They contacted the manufacturer and always checked on our progress through the process of following directions and ultimately getting a new part shipped and following up with that process too, even offering to help out if anything didn't line up right. We felt there was genuine care to get our problem resolved, and now it is. We would not hesitate to recommend Premier Sauna. As the name says - they are Premier in every way.

This sauna is extremely well built and truly a pleasure to build. I received the measurements ahead of time and installed the foundation using pavers, topped with treated lumber. The stove is excellent… easy to make a fire and really heats up the sauna well. Now… my wife and I are happy sauna people.
