Bought a rain barrel shower from Premium Saunas in November of 2025. Finally was ready to assemble in March of 2026 and realized upon unpacking the crate that I was missing the plumbing (shower head assembly) and a few other items. I contacted Daniel at Premium Saunas and explained what had happened. He and Juan were extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved so that I could finish the project. They were excellent in terms of prompt and helpful and honest communication. They acted in a manner which was totally consistent with what they said they would do and helped me with planning a smooth delivery of my sauna. The customer support at Premium Suana is amazing. Very responsive. The issue with the unit I was having they resolved quickly. The mfg could do a better job in instructions because I had to take the unit apart multiple times to get a flush fit on side walls to the front wall and floor. I am happy with my purchase but based on assembly I can’t give the 5 star rating. Once again not Premium Suanas they were amazing with the purchase, delivery, communication and customer service to help with fix.
