taking course of criticall for 911 dispatch training. i need videos explaining how to prepare for the test rather than just explaining in text. i cant see answers for the sample map questions. need video training and answers explaining how to answer voice to text answers in call. and more needed. We're sorry, this was a genuine technical failure on our side, not an attempt to take anyone's money.
For a limited period, some orders were charged successfully but the course was not attached to the customer's profile, so the account showed no course and no order. Once we found the problem we corrected it and reached out to affected customers, and refunds have been issued wherever customers were eligible.

I purchased the FireTEAM Test Prep and was immediately disappointed. The practice multiple-choice question format was not at all in line with the actual FireTEAM test format (eg. bizarrely, for example, "Pick the best and the worst answers"). The video quizzes were cheaply-created Clipart cartoons with unclear visuals and voiceovers. I requested a refund within minutes, as I knew further practise would be counterproductive to my studies. Neither a response nor refund ever appeared more than a month on. Potential buyers, avoid at all cost!

Scam, I rate this site as a 0. Prepterminal took my money immediately and did not send my course. I purchased the $80 TSA course and my profile shows no course or order. When I clicked the link sent to me, “click here to access your course: TSA CBT Quickpass” it just opened to their website, telling me to buy a course again… complete SCAM. There is also no number or customer service to call for a refund.

My primary concern lies in the 2D to 3D folding process. I have encountered two instances that are inherently impossible to fold, suggesting potential errors in the test methodology. The curriculum for the TSA Officer test was good. The curriculum did prepare me for the test and I did pass. The actual test took me 25 minutes where 45 minutes is the allotted time. So, it also helped me to move through the test quickly. There were a few mistakes with Prepterminal scoring where it was obvious that the correct answer was being scored as an incorrect answer. I practiced for two weeks about an hour each day and got progressively better. I was scoring about 95% on the Prepterminal curriculum towards the end of the two weeks. In the first few days of working with the curriculum I was lucky to get a 50% score. The Prepterminal TSA test was much more difficult than the actual proctored test. I’m glad I prepared and would recommend Prepterminal.

The scoring errors you hit are a known fault in a small number of quizzes where the correct answer wasn't mapped properly. Garbage. Their Wonderlic test prep course is riddled with spelling mistakes and their pre-practice test has answers that don’t even relate to the questions along with some that are incorrect. If you try to reach out with any questions, you don’t hear a thing back. There are other prep courses out there that won’t steal your money for a trash product that you don’t even get to keep, it expires in 6 months or so.

Thank you for the feedback. It's blunt, but most of it is fair, so we'd rather answer it properly than defend the indefensible.
The errors in the Wonderlic material are real. The course is currently being rebuilt from the ground up — the text is being rewritten and every practice question re-checked against its answer key. The mismatched answers you describe come from a fault in how some questions were linked to their answers, which we've fixed where identified and are now auditing across the full question library.
Not replying to your questions is the part we're least comfortable with. That shouldn't happen, and we're reviewing how support messages are routed to make sure they reach us.
On access duration: our courses are sold with a fixed access period rather than as a permanent purchase, and this is stated on the product page before checkout. That's a legitimate thing to dislike, but it isn't something we spring on customers after payment.

Using the CritiCall QuickPass training to prep for the test was essential for me. It was very thorough and had many practice tests that I could take over and over to get comfortable with the material. I did, unfortunately, find a couple of areas that were wrong or incomplete but that didn't hinder my studies, after I figured it out. I haven't taken my actual CritiCall test yet, but I definitely feel much more prepared and confident.
I signed up with this company to test for 911 operator. I had an unforeseen medical emergency with a family member and was unable to even begin. I sent 3 emails with no reply to pls cancel and refund my money. Its a shame that there is no phone numbers only emails and no one to respond. Shame on this company for poor customer service....
I was expecting practice tests with timed sessions, different variations (different tests with different questions), and knowledge and skills to improve a person's approach to taking the Nelson-Denny comprehension test. I'm highly disappointed in it, especially with the amount I paid for a month.
Helped greatly understand the different areas to the Criticall test. Agencies will use different parts of this test but Prepterninal goes through all areas of the Criticall examination. Prepterminal prepares you for the test and explains all areas of the test. They even go through the interview process as well
