I ordered a keychain, but it arrived with missing parts that were clearly shown in the product photos. I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement, but they refused. They also refused to issue a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. Receiving an incomplete product and being denied both a replacement and a refund is unacceptable. Please consider this my honest, helpful and constructive feedback. I waited a month to receive my suncatcher. Just as I was pretty sure it would never arrive, it came. The actual picture (puzzle) is sandwiched between two cloudy (not clear) pieces of not thin plastic. The puzzle pieces themselves are not clear. Light is effectively blocked from coming through. No colors are cast on surrounding areas as shown in their ads. The pieces of the suncatcher are held together by tiny little plastic screws. There should be five, but I only received one. Very disappointed. I give it three stars because I actually did receive most of it and the picture is pretty, though not as shown on their website. I am not sure why Trustpilot states that most buyers were somewhat satisfied when a very large number of reviews are ones.
Purchased the Presentgivers' 250th. Anniversary Heritage of Freedom wreath after looking at the vivid, brilliant, and sharp colored pictures. After waiting for over a month to arrive I was extremely disappointed with the two layered, dull, and anything other than sharp and brilliant wreath.

UPDATE to review, surprisingly I received the package product from Present givers order ( in which the tracking website was totally wrong on status) and email I got last eve told me it was coming USPS and USPS did not recognize the #, that I feared may be a scam, well not a scam but BUYER BEWARE you don't get exactly what is advertised online as far as quality & size, $39.99 for a thin 1/4" piece of wood that has a nice 3d like paint job, would have given maybe 15.00 at a flea market. I bought 2, NOT what I ordered! I am keeping just because it probably would be hard to return. I notified them and expressed disappointment etc, but this experience has taught me not to ever order anything from them due to the misrepresentation, not having Made in shipped within USA product. I would have never thought a celebrate wreath for USA would have been coming out of China.. Would add picture if I could figure how to do it.. hope this helps someone..
Here is an update on my problem with Presentgivers Heritage wreath. I did receive the product. I was happy to receive it because I was sure it was a scam. However, it was not as detailed and colorful as the one advertised in the tic toc and internet ads. But, at least they did send it to me.
If they had a lower rating I would give it to them. I wrote the other day that I had ordered from them on April 6th and didn't get anything. Well, I did get three coins that were pictured with real pennies inserted in them as a memoriam to the pennies no longer being used. What I got was a piece of metal with a picture of a penny. I want all my money back. I am tired of this BS. These people are the biggest rip-offs ever. When I ordered, they had posted a Dover, Delaware address. No such address.
I placed an order on March 31 for a 250 anniversary wreath and I have received nothing but my card was charged. Trying to communicate with them is difficult. Because I used my c/c I won’t lose my money but disappointed I won’t have my wreath.

When their ad popped up on my computer and showed some of their products I was impressed. Then I started looking at more of their items and WAS APPALLED! The items were vulgar and had no place being sold next to religious and patriotic items. This is unacceptable and deceptive advertising and this company should be ashamed!! I do not intend to do business with this company and certainly won't recommend it to friends and family!
