I ordered a diamond art on July 10th and have not received one single update and it shows 'processing' on the site. This is why I normally order from DAC.

One of the best
I would have to say, that PNC is one of the best diamond companies I've ever dealt with. They have replaced any drills that I've needed or they've answered any questions and the customs that I have ordered in the past have turned out terrific. Keep up the good work.
customized picture
I ordered customized picture and I love it! The pattern is clear and the canvass is so smooth. They even sent me the draft of picture to show me how it will look like. I will definitely order more customize from them and recommend. Thank you PrettyNeatCreative!

I have ordered 3 times from this company and all have been excellent canvas, diamonds etc.. haven't had to wait too long either for delivery.
Awesome company
I have been ordering from PNC for over a year now and just ordered my 10th diamond painting, the 4th custom. They sell a great product that there is never an issue with. Their custom diamond paintings are wonderful. As for their customer service, it is the best of any other company I have ever ordered from. Their customer support's response time is within a few hours not days like other companies. I sent in a photo for a custom and someone else had also sent the same photo. Because the one sent in by the other person was of a much better quality than the one I sent in they used that one to create my custom. I had no idea they would do that. This is the only company that I order from, they are awesome. I would definitely recommend Pretty Neat Creative and have on occasion in my Facebook diamond painting group.
beautiful
beautiful, kit is just how it is suppose to be <3

The items I ordered arrived in great condition. The design, drill packs, and tool kit were nicely packaged in the tube & the tube was securely contained in a separate box ensuring safe arrival. The canvas is very sturdy while being really soft to the touch. The drills were in clearly marked bags and appear to be of excellent quality.
Pretty Neat Creative
Pretty Neat Creative I have purchased 17 diamond paintings from Pretty Neat Creative and can honestly say the quality of their product is very high. If I have had a query their support team replies in a timely manner and gives me an answer to my query. I am overall very impressed.
