I love your products but it takes too much time to get here (Chile), your beads and canvas are much better than others, but more expensive too.

Love PNC!
Love PNC! This is my go too site for my diamond painting fix :)
Quality Canvas and Drills
I began diamond painting in 2019. The #1 key to success is a quality canvas and consistently sized drills. There are many companies that sell diamond painting canvases: my personal preference is Pretty Neat Creative. I have purchased MANY projects from them, including two custom canvas. I have never been disappointed. The one time I was sent the wrong canvas, they sent out the correct one right away. Customer Service is an actual person, not an email robot. The shipping time is long, the quality of the product is worth the wait!

Excellent company_
I am extremely happy with PNC. I love the poured glue and soft canvas used on their diamond paintings. The tube used to mail the painting is also very helpful to ensure you get a perfect product. But most important is the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company..💎
PNC are the best!
From the first time I bought a diamond painting from PNC I was hooked. Their products are great, and I have bought quite a few from them. Their customer service is excellent, and I can contact them any time and get a response usually within the hour. The wonderful staff have helped me with deciding how large or how small my custom paintings should be and they never disappoint. I love PNC. I will always recommend them to others.

Great company with good products and customer service. They are always kind to customers whenever you get to them. Sometimes, I get to them just to have a gossip lol
Great company with excellent customer service
I love PNC's canvases. They are thick and has great quality and uses poured glue which is awesome. You never have to worry about rivers or bubbles in the glue. Their costumer service is great. They answer very quick and are very nice and helpful. PNC is one of my favourite companies!
A company I can trust!
I’ve been a Pretty Neat Creative customer for a few years and I’m definitely a fan! Not only do they sell a good variety of diamond paintings and diamond painting accessories, (which are all excellent quality products!), but their customer service is superior. Whenever I’ve needed to contact PNC I’ve been treated like a friend, with any issues resolved expeditiously. This is an excellent company!
Pretty neat products are excellent
Pretty neat products are excellent. I love the beads in resealable bags, it is really handy. The pictures are excellent and the choice is amazing. I’m totally addicted to diamond art. I prefer square beads.
PNC staff are exceptionally efficient…
PNC staff are exceptionally efficient and competent especially in advising of any delays which Covid has created. I can thoroughly and unequivocally recommend PCN as a company and their products. Always a plesasure to deal with PCN because of the confidence they exude
Without hesitation --
I have been a customer of Pretty Neat Creative for over 2 years now, and have purchased several pictures to do. I've also had contact with their Customer Service - Elly specifically - with a couple questions, not because of a problem. I have found PNC to be a company that not only is customer-oriented, but offers excellent quality products. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who is interested in trying this craft as a new hobby.
