What made my experience great was how responsive and helpful Prime Licensing was while I was dealing with a really frustrating Microsoft Office activation problem. It wasn’t quick or simple, and I had to go back and forth a few times, but they actually stayed with me through the whole thing instead of just brushing it off. What stood out the most was that they kept communicating clearly and eventually went out of their way to give me an Office 2021 key at no extra charge just to get things working. Once I installed it, everything finally activated and Excel has been working perfectly since. Their service was solid the whole time. They replied quickly, gave clear instructions, and didn’t disappear when things got complicated. They actually followed through until it was resolved. The price was fair too. They honored their guarantee and didn’t try to charge me again when the first key didn’t work, which I really appreciated. Now that it’s working, the product itself is exactly what I needed. Excel runs normally, I can save files again, and everything is back to how it should be. As a registered nurse, this actually mattered a lot for my work. I use Excel for required calculations and tracking for patient assessments, and I had a deadline coming up around 6/18/26. If I couldn’t get it working, it would have delayed processing for patients needing services starting 7/1/26, and some of them could’ve ended up waiting until 8/1/26. Getting this fixed meant I could finish everything on time and not delay care. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out. It took some patience, but they stuck with it and made sure I ended up with something that actually works.

Excellent transactions

Excellent transactions. All software works as described so far. Had a slight issue with one collection of software but the custom service sorted the problem promptly. Highly recommended, will use again.

Helpful company for technophobes

I bought Adobe Photoshop. I am not very technical and got frustrated trying to work out how to get my licence. But I got really good customer service - someone from the company helped me understand and download Photoshop. They were patient and friendly. So even though I did have trouble at first, this was soon sorted out.

Great value and totally legit

Great value and totally legit! I was a little dubious about using PrimeLicense at first as it looked like it might be a scam. However, I gave it a go and I'm really glad that I did. I use Creative Cloud intermittently and so don't want to pay a full year's subscription to Adobe. PrimeLicense allows me to buy a licence for it for period I need with a great saving.

The experience and interaction with your staff was excellent. I don't mean easy - it took a day and a half to get the Office 2021 software activated and running. Your staff was persistent and tolerant of my impatience. They worked through the issues with me (it apparently ended up being an outlook email account from an older version of MS 365 that we had a hard time figuring out how to delete). But once we did it was smooth as clockwork. I'm in a different country and time zone. The only concern I had was, in the middle of this everything went "silent" and I was thinking this was a scam. It was only that the workday had ended for you and everyone had gone home. So, my only suggestion would be to let people know (especially outside the country) that your day is ending and you'll get back on the problem first thing tomorrow.
