Outstanding customer service! I asked by email 5 days after purchase and download to return Office 2024 and swap for Office 2019 due to Office 2024's atrocious comment functionality. Wasn't very hopeful but they had it all sorted within 15 minutes. All set up and working. I'm genuinely delighted with their customer service, not something I say very often these days!

Have used them before and good service. More expensive that some others sellers but software is original and fully connected with Autodesk No dodgy email address. Full Autodesk support. For this would recommend over lower cost products

I bought 2027 Autocad on Mar 2026 and bought 2027 Revit in July 2026 but in different email, so if I logged in Autocad it not allow me in Revit because some computer and different email, I calle dcustomer support and they fix the problem in the same day. thanks for your help.
Initial download and installation was great, though these guys really came to their own about 6 months later when Adobe dropped some weird 'illegal software' thing on my system. I am not that au fait with the workings of software - certainly not things like changing administrator permissions to be able to uninstall apps. However, one email to Prime Licence and they were there with multiple options to try. Being a bit of a dullard I needed to go back to them about 6/7 times and they always responded almost immediately and took full responsibility for getting me up and running again. I really was so very impressed with their responsiveness. Very much recommend!
