Excellent product. Hit a small snag on the installation, but it was no fault of the company. I just did not know the download command. Emailed customer support and they pointed me in the right direction to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend this vendor for future IT purchases.
I've made 2 purchases from PrimeLicense, one via a 3rd party and one directly. PrimeLicense was very helpful with my 3rd party purchase when I inadvertently had to reset my new computer back to it's factory setting and I lost my software downloads. PrimeLicense got me up and running again! I was so pleased with their customer service that I made my next purchase directly with them and will continue to do so. Their download instructions are easy to follow which makes it a breeze.
