PrimeTestLab was a great help during the Google Play 14-day closed testing process for my app. They provided testers, shared useful feedback and recommendations based on their testing, and helped me identify areas that needed attention before applying for production access. Following the testing period and the improvements made based on their feedback, my app was successfully approved for production on Google Play. I appreciated their responsiveness and the practical feedback throughout the process. I would recommend PrimeTestLab to developers who need support with closed testing and want additional insights before submitting their apps for production.

I hired PrimeTestLab for Google Play’s 14-day closed testing on my Android app, and it was a good experience. They had 12+ people actually using the build and sent back useful feedback — issues they found plus suggestions that were worth acting on. Partway through, I had to take the backend offline and asked them to pause testing, then pick it back up once things were running again. They understood, stopped without a fuss, and resumed when I was ready. That flexibility made a stressful stretch a lot easier. I’d use them again.

Reliable
Reliable with replies on WhatsApp. Tester activity may seem slow and choppy sometimes, but it was part of the process! I reached out with my concerns, and they were noted and attended to. I received very crucial feedback from the testing too, which I think went a long way in getting my app approved. Overall service is as promised.

PrimeTestLab was really easy to work with, and I'm happy with the results. I only received one QA report in my testing, but it was thoughtful and relevant and so I made changes based on it's feedback. Everything went as promised, and the documentation was clear and helpful. The value is excellent, I would definitely recommend them, and expect to use them again in the future.
