Primetestlab is very professional. I have no complaints whatsoever. They provided issue reports that helped me improve the app and also supported me throughout the entire production launch process. I couldn't have made a better choice for launching my app into production on Google Play!
The testing wasnt just a check in the box, I received legitimate feedback about bugs and features and was able to fix and improve those issues before launching my app.
I can recommend the team. They starte tests of my app in ~2h after I registered testers in my Google Play account. Reports created by them were super helpful in the app acceptance process. As they promised, the app was accepted by Google and is available in the store now.
They where incredibly helpful with getting my first app up and running live on the Android play store. I wish Primetestlab was in charge of the playstore process for going live with A product. I suspect it would go much smoother.
My experience with Prime Test Lab during the 14-day Google Play testing period for my app was excellent. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Prime Test Lab provided the required testers and helped me complete the 14-day testing requirement without unnecessary complications. The testers were able to access and test the app properly, and the process was handled efficiently from beginning to end. I was especially satisfied with the communication, reliability, and overall professionalism of the service. Completing the testing requirement through Prime Test Lab made the Google Play production process much easier and gave me confidence that my app had been properly tested before release. Overall, I highly recommend Prime Test Lab to developers who need reliable testers for Google Play's testing requirements. The service was perfect and met my expectations completely.
