Pricing in CAD please!
I live in Canada and want my products to be produced and sold in Canada. This website first said that this was absolutely possible, but then I see a lot of the costs are in USD instead of CAD, and the shipping estimates seem to be made as if products were produced and sold in the USA... It is very annoying to be converting values on important topics as costs/profits, especially when we will not even be using USD... I would much rather prefer having it all in CAD!

Overall pretty easy to use
Overall pretty easy to use, my biggest issue is shipping prices sometimes, it cost $4.99 to print ship a decal, which is absolutely ridiculous because that is no where close to what it costs the company to ship a decal. Sometimes the products listed will state one cost, but when you actually click on them go to in and use them that isn't the cost available.... customer service is pretty good though.

I placed 1/5 - Over 90 defective shirts, ignored into the third week order with Printify…
I placed a large order with Printify for my small business and received over 90 defective shirts — the entire order, unusable.
I contacted support immediately. We are now into the third week.
Since then: nothing. Every reply is the same copy-paste line — "your case has been escalated to a supervisor," "the supervisor is personally handling it," "please wait." I was promised a supervisor call. The call never came. No refund, no replacement, no answer from anyone with actual authority.
And the damage is far bigger than the order itself. Every one of those 90+ customers cost me money to acquire — paid advertising, marketing spend, weeks of work building the store. Now they've received nothing usable and are demanding their money back, so I'm refunding them out of my own pocket. So I'm paying three times over: the $1,200+ order, the full customer refunds, and the entire ad spend it took to win those customers in the first place. All of it wasted because of a defect that was 100% Printify's fault — and they won't even pick up the case.
Understand this before you order: if something goes wrong at scale, you are on your own. Printify's support does not resolve — it stalls. Three weeks of scripted replies on a 90+ item defective order isn't support, it's damage handed straight back to the customer.
I would leave zero stars if I could.

I am a customer of Printify. I’m leaving a one star review because there is a pattern with this company where they run out of stock of a certain apparel item and it’s color, and it takes a very long time before it’s restocked. I have lost customer sales because of this. Specifically, they have an apparel item, the jersey muscle tank. They have been out of the color, dark gray heather for over two months. Unacceptable.

I have a feedback for you. When you are providing me with mock ups there should also be color chart provided otherwise how will the customer know what to order. You are providing a size chart which is super helpful. And if u cannot provide the color chart i must at least be able to edit the mock ups and add color names on the image or something before publishing.
Second feedback my first order was placed recently. and i got an email saying production on hold because the chosen color tshirt was out of stock with the printer and i was asked to chose next printer. Look for me you are the fulfilling party you need to take care of these things at your back end. If there is a technical design issue for sure involve me but when i have paid printitfy for the order then you guys need to figure out your back end. it is also not nice to change charges after an order has been placed. i Just cannot tell you how much time goes into putting the shop together and making the designs and promoting on social media along side a full time job. I want to blindly be able to leave the production side to you as you are the expert and not me.
I hope i was able to explain my experience and where i think there is definite scope for improvement. Hoping this message reaches the right people.

Printify has been an amazing platform for my print-on-demand business. It's easy to use, integrates perfectly with Etsy, offers great product quality, and the support team is always helpful. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
First time ever using something like this and absolutely love it. The only thing that I would change is to possibly have the editor indicate layers. I.e if I want to change the "Background layer" to a certain item it would be really useful to have background, forefront, ect be selectable.

They have good quality materials and good quality printing facility. So far I have not received any complaint from my customers. But, they should not ship from China because before a shipment used to cost me around $6 now is is costing me $18 and transit time has also been doubled. They should put bulk stock in their US warehouses so they could fulfill orders from US warehouses to US customers.

The site is generally very easy to use, with a few glitches now and then. I have problems with organizing my products, pretty routinely. Printify needs to work on it. I cannot move products past 10 items in one of my stores. Otherwise I'm happy with the site.

Better quality and variety of life style mockups
It will be verry helpful if you put more quality life time model mockups on products like Gildan 18000 and Comfort Colors 1717. The life style mockups you put recently are not enouph and defenetly don't match the washed effect of the Comfort Colors 1717 t-shirts. And your AI Genarator make is low quallity and low size mockups too, so I defenetly can not use Printify mocups and still have to buy it.

I like Printify over every other POD I have tried. Customer Service works with me very well if there is a problem with an order or anything else. Everything is very easy and spelled out. Lower you're prices. Even you're savings plans come at a prohibitive cost!
You're offering a few things I can't get anywhere else. The only thing I'd ask for, and it's important: lower prices! After charges, fees, and marketing sometimes I feel Printify is the only one making real money.As a result I am always shopping other providers for a better deal.

Printify is awful for an international business model. The delivery issues are appalling. And btw, FedEx is the worst delivery company out there, and printify relying on them just shows that they don't care about the service quality. Worst experience ever, do not recommend them.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have horrific customer service. If you decide to start a print on demand business, be prepared to spend a lof of wasted time, strife, stress on your own customer service, and refunds to your customers. As a small business owner, I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Printify. While the platform itself is easy enough to use, the customer service has been one of the biggest disappointments I've experienced with any business partner.
When orders are delayed or problems arise, there is little to no accountability. The burden almost always falls back on the seller, even though we have no control over production or shipping. Instead of offering meaningful solutions, compensation, or proactive support, you're often met with generic responses and long wait times that do nothing to help resolve the issue.
The amount of time I've spent chasing updates, communicating with support, and apologizing to my own customers because of Printify's issues has been exhausting. Every delay becomes my problem, and the lack of urgency from their support team makes an already stressful situation even worse.
Reliability is critical when you're running an online business, and unfortunately Printify has not been reliable. Production delays, shipping issues, and inconsistent support have made it difficult to confidently serve my customers. Rather than helping protect the businesses that use their platform, it often feels like you're left to absorb the financial loss and damage to your reputation.
I wanted this partnership to work, but after repeated disappointments, I can no longer recommend Printify to anyone who depends on dependable fulfillment and responsive customer service. Small business owners deserve a partner that values their time, their customers, and their reputation.
