Sent an email on April 20th and never replied. Today I called and proved to them they never replied and they did not offer offsetting the horrible experience.

The photo book is excellent quality. I really like the lay flat format because that makes it easy to do 2 page layouts and still see the entire picture. The shipping time is reasonable and the price is very good.

First time user and I will not be returning. The process was easy and shockingly fast, but my metal print is covered in scratches. I'm sure if I brought it up to costumer service they would be more than happy to right the problem, however the last thing I want to deal with is spending my time shipping a print back and forth.

Love the lay-flat hardcover photo books for our travels. There's just something about a tangible memento for valued memories. I'm an amateur photographer at best and Printique did a top notch job making my photos look great. A tip to other amateurs: photos placed flush to a book edge will of course lose just a bit of the edge of the photo for a clean finish. BUT, any photo placed inside the page borders (with a margin around the photo) will not lose anything at all. And, any photo placed across the center "crease" (perfect seam) of a lay-flat book will look terrific. I chose the less thick option for a greater number of pages per book and they are plenty hefty and sturdy. Customer service is fantastic. DH
