The worst printing company I've ever worked with. The custom feature on their website is far from actually custom. This company advised our team on the artwork requirements, then once we made the necessary changes and submitted the file, we were told it was "flagged by their design team" and could not move forward. Instead of offering helpful solutions, this company replied to emails very robot-like, and ultimately canceled our order. A complete waste of time for businesses working on deadlines.

they noticed my order didn't look right and called to confirm my order and sure enough i ordered way too large an invoice book. it would have been a disaster! once i received my order i was amazed at how nice they were at 2/3rds what i had been paying. mahalo!

Shortly after ordering I was contacted by a representative who discussed my order and asked a few relevant questions that insured I received what I expected. Her advise was useful In selecting an improvement that I am happy with. The notebooks I had customized are of high quality, look great and are exactly what I ordered. They also arrived in a timely manor.
