Meds arrived on time and have worked very well, I am holding steady at 181.2 lbs just a little above my goal weight of 177. I have maxed out on what I am allowed to inject per week but I feel great and am very happy with the service and medication. I have had no problems or side affects from my trizeptide injections. Carlos was the only one that reached back out after my medicine was sent and the packaging was hot when I opened it my husband told me to take the temp it was 91° and I tried to reach out out if concern that the meds were ruined ...not one customer service person or doctor got back to me I reached out for days I finally tried 2.4 amount of medicine but still worried its not working properly
I was very skeptical but it seems to be working for me so far. I am in my 3rd week and losing about 1.5 lbs a week...slow and steady wins the race! I have had some nausea right after the shot but this last shot was problem free. I still feel very clumsy giving myself the shot but my husband helps.

While the Tirzepatide has been helpful, the company has Not. I call from the site and get an automated message saying i'll get a call within 4 hours. It's been over a week. Medical experts never check in, customer service is nonexistent, text messages and emails go unanswered. They short every order by not adding enough wipes or needles. I fill the needles exactly how much is recommended, and always run out too soon. Firat they say it's like $200 extra for another bottle, then say they can't sell me one. Do they not realize that they're giving the same amount, whether it's 6mg or 15? It's Never enough. This last time, I wasted so much time trying to send in for my lastv3 months. They lost the oder, said they'd check in 12 hours, then never wrote back. I wrote angry note back, and lo and behold, my tracking is magically back on track, arriving in 4 days (after I take my last (half of) a shot left. No notice given. Also, their 14mg shot is the exact same as 15 mg, so beware. I will find another company with lower prices and not so many hoops to jump thru. Once I get my last 3 months, i'm done with them. They SUCK.

Arrived warm. It appears that everyone who received their meds the week around Memorial Day received warm meds. It also appears that they used a different pharmacy than in the past. My meds always arrive cold prior to my last shipment

This medication has been life changing for me. Struggling with my weight my ENTIRE LIFE has been so incredibly hard. Now I can get the weight off, and more importantly, keep it off! I want to get my husband on it as well. Do you offer a discount for doubling the prescription?
I reached out to you guys after you automatically charge my credit card for my second batch. I was told originally that you would not and that I would have to call to get my second batch sent. Not only did you do that you also overcharged me $100. And every single time I called all I was told is that my ticket would be escalated for a call back. So far 3 weeks not one call back from your company. I'm upset
According to them my medication was sent on May 13. I never receive it and nobody has reached out to me despite my 5+ messages on a chat that nobody replied to. So, this means they took $541 from me! They were very fast charging my credit card, but they have NO customer service. My next step is to call my credit card to be reimbursed and report them to BBB. This company seems to be fraudulent.
The product works great! But sadly, automatic refills and customer contact is horrible to manage. The patient always has to reach out - they are never proactive.
Medication works but I've tried to leave a message for the doctor but it always give error messages.
Communication has been great. Fast shipping. So far so good after 3 months In, just started 4th month, and the refill process was seamless. They reminded me with an email and week later product on my doorstep.

I recently purchased a 3 month subscription of tirzepatide. I accidentally ordered 1 on may 17 th and 1 on may 18th. I didn’t finish the paper work for the 18th and they charged me 641.97. I have tried to reach out to people and it seems to be impossible to get any answers and get my refund back. So I guess I need to file a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointing
My meds were chill when they arrived even though it took almost a week to receive them. So far so good.
