What made my experience great was that it’s working. I’m a disabled combat veteran. I have been asking and asking for help with my weight gain since beginning of 2001. Unfortunately, the VA would tell me that I would have to go through their weight loss program, I’d explain that I did already, and they assured me I just had to continue to go to their classes, although, I explained, it’s not working for me. In fact I continued to gain weight. I’m a small framed person, 5’6”, and my weight would run 150-160 lbs. I was very active, as I was a Letter Carrier, and my routes were always walking, and semi-walking. I also played softball, and bowling. But, when I left work in 2001, I really couldn’t keep the weight off. The VA was useless, as the weight program they had just was not a good fit. Last year, about October, I was at a Wine Dinner at a restaurant that I frequent. I met a couple who suggested your company and tirzeptide. I went home that night, and searched information on this medication, as well as the company, and found nothing that raised red flags, so, okay, I sat on it for a couple of weeks, until I just told myself to do it. I’ve lost approximately 44 lbs. I’m 202lbs now. I’m hoping to lose another 44-45 pounds in the coming months. I just started golfing again this year, I had not golfed since 2022. I kept running out of breath going from, yes, the golf cart to my ball. The swing alone caused me to wheeze. Anyways, I’ve played 8 games, weather in the Northwest is still wet and chilly, but, I’m out there again. I’m planning on walking the course again in a month. I believe in short steps. But, I sleep much better, and I can easily walk around the block, still can’t catch my cat, but I’m doing much, much better than I was since I started this adventure in November of last year. BTW; your customer service has been great, delivery was prompt, and on my second shipment, I didn’t even need to call, it was like clockwork. I thank all of you for this experience.
I’ve had nothing but great customer service. My meds were shipped to my previous address in another state, as I was in the middle of relocating. I called and received support immediately. For a very small fee, the 3 months Rx was refilled and overnighted to my new address. I’ve used 2 other suppliers over the past 3 years, charging 2x as much, poor customer service and slow delivery. I’ve even recommended priority meds to my sister (RN) who is paying $400 a month with no insurance coverage. If your meds are warm or hot, be patient and kind. So far, I’ve seen a willingness to make me happy as a customer.
Everything was just as advertised. Had a dosing question and called customer service and got that resolved. Only needed to verify i had already started wegovy so I could get a higher dose from Priority. First 3 months supply arrived timely and cold. Thanks
Same thing. Everybody else said when my medicine came it was hot. The shipping was not done properly. I reached out right away and did not get a call back. Customer service needs a lot of work. Not sure that I will order again until somebody contacts me and makes it right.
The med part is fine (5 stars)... but the constant requests for a review (2 stars) are way past annoying and childish.
The last one "just wanted" a simple review saying how "perfect things are"... The one before was worse... so..yeah.. no..
I have had nothing but good things to say about PriorityMeds. I did see some of the other reviews about packaging but unfortunately that’s not the company’s fault that’s the shipping they use. Ice was and is always provided. Carlos was great.
So far so good! I got the medicine and started it a month ago. I am down 10 lbs already. I have not talked to anyone real yet about anything so I hope if I have to that goes good and not like some have complained about. So at this point I marked 4 star.
Scam!!! Look at all the reviews . Package arrive hot , melted Ice , medication went right in garbage. Tried calling Customer service but got an AI and created a ticket. After 10 calls asking for person have not received a call back to date. Chat in portal disabled making contact with medical provider impossible. Also “ Cancel Subscription” button disabled. Do not trust this company, there are better options.
I have been a Priority Med customer since 2-20-2026 and I couldn't be happier. 44 pounds lighter. My blood pressure went from 145-104 to 121-78. Just finished my annual physical and my doc couldn't be happier with me. Thank you, Priority Meds!
My tirzepetide arrive HOT on 5/19. I immediately called and talked to an AI who told me that hot is definitely not acceptable as the meds would become inactive and that they would prioritize (I forget exact terms used) this issue and someone would contact me "soon". 4 phone calls and 10 days later I have not heard squat. I paid a year in advance $1740. I am extremely frustrated.
I've been trying to get a customer service response for weeks now. I've had a problem with my last order. I spoke to your AI five or six times now escalated my problem and never have gotten a response. Until AI started I was very happy with you but now it's impossible to communicate. I tried to hold the order before you send it and you still sent it and you upcharged me. I tried every day for a week with no response.
I have had zero issues with priorly meds and the meds have been great! Other than some unresponsive questions, but the questions I asked were answered by the shipments and billing of my account
Absolutely ZERO customer service. Forced to speak with an AI bot EVERY SINGLE TIME I have called, with promises of a callback and then … NOTHING, zilch, nada. I have been duplicate enrolled and sent duplicate meds. I am at my wits end with this company. I would not recommend them.
I have been a prioritymeds customer since Dec 2025. I am very happy with their service. My meds arrive timely and always protected against the heat. Their customer service has been responsive to all my questions. I couldn't be happier.
