I needed tickets for an international trip

I needed tickets for an international trip and I was connected with Melanie, one of your Representatives. She is a very good listener, very customer focused, patient with answering all of my many questions, very kind and knows exactly what she is doing and how to get things done. Trying to schedule international travel, can be very stressful for me; but working with Melanie has relieved so much of that stress. I would definitely work with Melanie again, and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!😊

Everyone needs an Austin in their life

Everyone needs an Austin in their life! Honestly, he proved exactly why a travel agency like PrivyTrips exists. At first, I didn't get why people used agencies and thought it was risky. But Austin blew my mind. Not only did he get us cheaper prices, but he was always there when we needed him. He told me at the beginning that he’s available 24/7, and I thought he was joking—until he actually was there for us every step of the way. If you want perfect service, I have only one piece of advice: look for Austin!

The best service!

Austin was able to accommodate our last minute travel plans and did so in a very professional and positive way. Because of Austin we will be booking our future flights through him! Your company is lucky to have such a wonderful member of the team!!

Our coordinator Melanie was great

Our coordinator Melanie was great! Responsive and supportive of requests for various itineraries. Flying BOS to and from South Africa using different airports would have taken me way more time to figure out and cost more. Very satisfied with our results.

Paul is my travel agent hero. My favorite thing about Paul is how reliable he is. I tend to plan last second and Paul responded to all my questions and needs within minutes no matter what hour or time zone I was in. He also consistently found me the best options on short notice. I can’t wait to travel with his help again.
