Better flights and cost for Business and First

Shaun contacted me about an inquiry I had for a flight to Belize for a New Year's Eve. The tough part was that I had to arrive on 12/26/26 before 2:00pm to make the last local flight to the Caye, meaning I had to fly on Christmas. There was a limited selection, but he was able to get me flight with fewer stops on Business or First Class for less than Travelocity or directly through the airline's websites! He also locked in my seats in my desired placement on each flight! Will be reaching out when I plan my trip back to Costa Rica next August.

Jason took care us when airline changed our flight

Jason worked hard to get us better flight and at a lower price when Delta changed our original flight that resulted in a 6+ hour layover. He was proactive and timely with all communication. I do recommend fully understanding the travel insurance they sell. Was surprised that the original insurance was tied to the flight we canceled and had to purchased again. Still give them 5 stars because of Jason’s efforts. Not sure they deal was any better than I could have gotten on my own, but he saved me a lot of and effort.

Jim Lawson was terrific while planning a complicated trip to New Zealand and Australia. He was very responsive, especially when we changed our itinerary multiple times. The service was great, the booking process was excellent, and the price was awesome!

It is fraudulent to use company miles by Airline rules

I purchased 2 business class tickets, which was excellent. But....after 12 hours I still did not have my tickets. I researched more and discovered that the utilization of company miles to purchase your flights is against airline rules and fraudulent. I canceled my credit card and feel I dodged a bullet. There is a reason they tell you not to communicate with the airlines but only with them. If the airline discovers this they will cancel your ticket.

I answered several advertisements…

I answered several advertisements promising good business class fares from the US to Johannesburg, South Africa. I made a point of requesting 1 stop using either Delta or United.. Tyler Friedman of Privy Trips was the only one to respond to my query without suggesting ridiculously long routes with several stops. We were not the easiest customers as we were neither flexible with dates or airlines. He went out of his way and patiently found unbeatable fares, preseated us and completed payments using several credit cards. He was patent and polite, he also replied to every query, something I appreciated tremendously and I will most certainly contact him again for our next trips. I would also recommend him to any friends and colleagues. Privy Trips is fortunate to have an agent that helped us as he did.

This was my first time utilizing the company, and I was quite skeptical, but after dealing with Austin and his professionalism, he walked me through every step to alleviate my concerns and we ended up with great plane tickets.
