Roger was very patient and attentive to my requests and all the options I discussed with him. He later followed up with hotel suggestions. I have an extremely difficult work schedule and am hard to reach. Frequently, I couldn't answer the calls and had no time to chat when i did. My vacation is now planned and Roger was consistent polite and kind during all the interactions he had with me
William was very pleasant in a natural way. He was patient and available for all my questions. Responded to my emails and texts in a timely way and was extremely patient when my card kept getting declined. I checked out 3 other similar businesses and am so grateful I found William!
