Legal, medical, and Business-to-business proofreading and copyediting for people who can’t afford mistakes. Available 24/7, 365 days (calendar days, not business days).Your writing says a lot about your business. When you’re dealing with high-stakes legal contracts, precise medical text, or critical B2B communications, close just isn’t good enough. We know that even small mistakes can change how people think of you and your organization. A professional proofreader spots the things your brain skips past: small grammar slips, missing or wrong words, awkward sentences, and tiny punctuation mistakes that can make you look careless. Our Power-of-Two™ process means that every document you send us is carefully reviewed by two professional human editors, not an AI bot. It also means that our editors can add the human touch that artificial intelligence can’t. We offer proofreading and copyediting in English and Spanish. We also offer English-to-Spanish translation. You get the right level of help for each document, whether you need a final polish or deeper editing for rewrites, tone, and impact. Our editors will ensure your document conveys your message and is error-free. Our completion times range from 30 minutes (for up to 1,000 words) to whenever. You choose the completion time based on your needs and your budget. We work with standard style guides (for example, The Chicago Manual of Style, The American Medical Association Guide to Style, The Associated Press Stylebook) and, most importantly, your style guide. We're fast, accurate, and easy to work with.

Thank you! Fantastic and very efficient proof read, thank you very much - you were knowledgeable about the subject matter and did a great job of making it read more easily while respecting the meaning the authors were conveying. Very much appreciate your quick turn-around. Best wishes, Judy
Thank you for taking time to share your experience with our services. We appreciate your business.
We've long used PN, but because of the recent pandemic, we've had to use them more than usual, with very short turnaround times. They've risen to the occasion, turning around our documents quickly and accurately. They've caught many mistakes that would've embarrassed us. Terrific work all around!
Thank you for taking time to let us know. It is great for our proofreaders to hear directly from our clients.
