Predatory billing.
This business has very deceiving billing practices. The "Hidden Subscription" trap is that the site advertises a low-cost, one-off report (usually $1.00 to $5.00); buyers believe they are making a single purchase, but the fine print automatically enrolls them in a recurring $20.00 monthly subscription. I did not realize they kept charging my credit card for months until I had payed over $200. The company did take responsibility when I contacted them and gave me a full refund of all 10 monthly payments they had charged me; they were curteous and dilligent.

I wish to say that customer service was superb in helping me cancel. Somehow, I got signed up for this service unknowingly and then it came out on my bank account. So be informed before saying yes. Research the company and what it does first, not after like I did. It will tell you when researching that most property records services can be done free as a public service. Again , however, great customer service.
