I cannot speak highly enough of prosper medical. They are truly engaged in my health and on top of everything I needed. I have had bad experiences in the past with doctors and administration not getting back to me. Prosper medical truly cares about there patients. They kept me informed of prescriptions and test results throughout the process I had to take. If you’re looking for a Doctor and team who truly care this is the place for you. I almost never leave reviews, this experience dealing with them deserves it.

I made an appointment for my daughter who is in college and just couldn't manage finding a doctor and getting to one off campus. Though I had some issues with setting it up, the customer service support was excellent and easy to reach even on a Sunday. I was able to set up the appointment for the next day (my daughter didn't want the same day appointment). She had a bit of an issue logging on for the appointment in the app, but managed it via the website. She said the doctor was so nice. The whole experience was quick, easy and very positive. She will definitely continue to use Prosper Medical.

Customer service was great Doctor was great I got great service all around. The video chat was a little choppy not a really good signal I had to schedule a later hour that day because video call was not good. My signal was good so I'm assuming it was the video chat system being utilized. Thank you for your time.

I got the flu from a holiday gathering and a family member told me to contact Prosper. The physician was incredibly kind and helpful and prescribed Tamiflu. I picked up the prescription within an hour. So glad I learned about the service

Excellent Doctor and Customer Support team - I had a visit with Dr. Wantuck and was able to get a lab panel ordered. The team helped me figure out where I can get my blood drawn and the AI even helped me understand my results when I received and uploaded them. Support team was super responsive - awesome to have that human element present!

This app is super easy to sign up for and use. I found the AI to be on point, and it was very cool that it could help interpret medical data. The doctors are stellar, I would highly recommend all of them!
