We’re sorry to see your 1‑star review. Your order placed on the 21st was due on the 23rd, but DPD experienced an overnight delay from their hub to your local depot. When you raised this at 8:07 this morning, we replied within 8 minutes to explain the issue and confirm it was out for delivery today. While courier delays are outside our control, we understand the frustration and do hope you will reconsider your review once your order arrives.
