Very quick delivery and came when expected
Very quick delivery and when expected, items as described. Generally I don't like leaving reviews on Trustpilot b/c whenever I leave an honest bad review for terrible service or constant spamming (not applicable here!), they always delete them. I would rather genuinely good companies like yours, used a different review platform.
Lightning Fast Delivery!
After waiting over a month for the same item from another company, my order from here came within days. Couldn't be more impressed with the speed of service. Thank you!

This is the first time that we have heard that you have not had your delivery and have acted immediately to resolve this. This should be with you tomorrow. It is disappointing that you did not call us in the first instance, as had you done so like other customers with issues, our customer service team would have sorted this out immediately. In periods where we are very busy, customers are also able to leave a message, and we will come back to you in a short period of time or if emailing, please provide order details/ details so that we can identify you. We pride ourselves on great customer service when given the opportunity. This is why we have so many 5-star reviews

Quality masks, well worth it
Quality product, fast shipping and great customer service. My parcel arrived with 1 mask less than ordered, customer service came back straight away and shipped the last one- no questions asked. They cost a bit more than others, but the quality and comfort makes them well worth it. Will buy again.
