Lack of jobs .
We are one of your vendors, but we don’t get jobs from the dispatch. We are left out . Hope this will help to address our concerns.

We strive to create as many opportunities as possible for our vendor partners, but the volume and location of available work can fluctuate, and we are unable to promise assignments to any specific vendor. To help stay top of mind, we encourage vendors to proactively reach out to our Dispatch team up to two times per week to discuss availability, coverage areas, and upcoming opportunities. We also want to remind you that participation in the Protos+ program provides valuable cost savings and additional benefits simply for being a Protos vendor, regardless of current work volume. We appreciate your partnership and remain committed to connecting qualified vendors with opportunities whenever and wherever they become available.
System is a bit outdated. Discrepancies in how they work.
System is a bit outdated, not a fan of their KPI which tends to be wrong when you accept emergency orders. We found ourselves cleaning up and filling in for other vendors who kept their contracts after we are rushed to fill in for them. Further more there’s a non sub contract rule and I see other companies subcontracting. I made Protos aware and nothing happened. The system isn’t fair and impartial. Lastly the payouts are always questionable. Besides that, if they can fix these things it’s a good network.
