Dispatcher, please have them communicated. It becomes time-consuming when you have to explain the same thing you already told the previous dispatcher.

Money Over Safety
Protos consistently has issues with their app and geo fencing and they admit there are problems. Yet, if our officers are late to clock in because of it, we are docked for that pay. Protos asks us to report ASAP for a detail where a lethal threat against the customer is made. They ask for an ETA and we provide one. When we arrive early, clock in and provide services, Protos refuses to pay for us being early and will only pay starting at the scheduled start time. It's nice to know Protos doesn't really care about the client's safety. Both of these examples show that they only care about the money.

Nancy the nightmare
Well Nancy is a nightmare to deal with. Shes argumentive, doesn't ever seem to know anything ( even though every other dispatcher knows what she doesnt). Shes says" ill have the service agent on ( fill in the blank) call you " that then never happens. Have missed out on several contracts because of her. I dread anytime she answers the phone.

So many guard sites require a check.Every hour, but it's so busy with the shoplifting.And panhandlers, that it's very hard to do that sign in check every hour

Best thing about Protos for me is the knowledge they give to make sure you know your post orders and what amount to expect from different sites. Richard Cueba is always giving me something new to learn about and always trying to help us grow as a company in any way he can from recommending us for assignments to helping us connect with the Protos vendors.

Dispute grevances, etc
We do not appreciete to have a dispute changed when it was previously approved because of an ASAP detail. I also do not appreciete the GEO fencing not allowing us to clock in and swipes not working and getting dinged for it. Because of errors not our own, we are not being considered for full work.
