The app does not work half the time. So, because of that we get tardy alerts even though we are trying to check in. We have to call almost every shift to get this taken care of. Other than that, we do get good customer service 95% of the time when we do have to call in.

Well im still here after 3 years of working with protos security. I can say they are the best global security company to partner with. They are honest, with alot of corporate company clients. They offer competing rate for guard services which gives us, the small company to pay good wages for our field guards due to the generosity of protos security. Their staff is utmost pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with multiple global security companies and had problems with almost everyone, whether it was payment issues or no work. And feel the other companies did not hire for quality but for cheap labor. We bill high rate and those other companies always call us last if they can't get their other cheap vendors to take contract. Protos has a high standard and does not take cheap labor over high quality. We always quote high rate for guards post and I feel that protos only request coversge from companies with high standards . They don't look for cheap. I respect that and I see why protos security is ranked in the top global securiyy company in the whole world. That spells it all. Thank you protos security.
