Delivery incomplete
Unfortunately the ordered bridle came quick, but without essential pieces. The browband and cheekpieces were missing. Because of Holiday, it was a little difficult to reach somebody, but in the end I talked to a nice person, who was quite helpful. She promised to send the missing Parts, plus a gift. Three days later, the delivery is now complete!!
Mooie producten, maar prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is verkeerd
Mooie producten, maar helaas niet zo kwalitatief als enkele jaren eerder. Prijs-kwaliteit is daardoor erg uit verhouding. Dit schreef ik naar de klantenservice: *Oakley Winter Mid Layer > I really really love the fur and warmth of this vest. But the sleeves are way too short and keep creeping up. The thumb hole in the cuff cannot be used. *Grayson Jacket > Beautiful color, and great fit. But even after 1 day of wearing the cuffs and sleeves are pilling. Eventuele retour kost nog eens 20,-
