This is my second purchase, different size, both are well made, easy to assemble, easy to maintain, cats have no issue using. Have recommended to others, and would purchase again.
Started with one, now we have three
We purchased our first high sided, front entry litter box just to try it about 6 months ago. We now have 3. They’re easy to clean, easy to move, easy to dump. With the handles you can get it outside to hose it off and they don’t buckle when you lift them.
Good quality stainless steel
Good quality stainless steel. Difficult for my cats to kick the litter out. A dream to keep clean.

I love these steel litter boxes!
I love these steel litter boxes! They are elegant, and do not retain any odors like plastic litter boxes do. I do wish the triangular shaped litter boxes were a few inches wider, however. My large cats seem cramped when they use them. Otherwise, these are great litter boxes.

Excellent Litter Control
This is the first time using a non plastic litter box and I'm extremely happy with the move to stainless! Also the high sides contain the litter much better than my previous boxes. Most importantly is that the cats seem very happy with them!

I've returned my litterbox unused and…
I ended up returning my litterbox unused as I'd received one as a gift and was granted a refund from the company. While the litterbox did look like great quality the refund process was unnecessarily arduous. After I was approved for receiving a refund with picture proof of non-use, a stipulation I am totally on board with, I was sent a packing label to ship the box back. After not hearing back from PTLOM for almost a month I had to reach out to their support team to figure out what was going on. I felt like I was chasing my refund until it hit my bank account. I don't think I would have received it had I not emailed the company because it wasn't until I asked for an update that my refund was processed.

The amount should return to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer). It needs to be clarified that the $2.65 shipping insurance fee is non-refundable, as it is a separate charge collected by the insurance company and is already in effect and in use. Since the package was safely delivered, the insurance fulfilled its purpose.
