It’s really unfortunate. The product is good, the support is absolutely terrible and makes me think negatively of the business. I have now sent 17 messages back and forth with “Andrew” which I’m assuming is an AI, similar to “Bridgette” who has been calling me obsessively. If you’re going to use ai, announce you are doing so, it feels incredibly invasive and deceptive if you don’t. I had canceled my premium subscription the day I signed up for the trial so it would not renew, I was then charged for it today, I went in and recanceled and reached out and let support know so I could get refunded. I provided all the screenshots of my credit card transition, the email I received, provided the date and time of the transaction and the last 4 of the card number STILL “we can’t locate the transaction, you don’t have an active subscription”. I know I don’t have an active subscription, it’s been canceled please refund me! It’s so frustrating, and there is no way to get to a real person! I finally had to dispute it with my credit card company so I can get refunded. At this point, I want to just return it out of pure frustration, and lack of care from Pulsetto!

I don’t know if this is a review for the device or for the app and device or for customer service. Either way I have to say I expected to return the device. I didn’t think this actually worked worked way beyond my expectations and I posted it in many places where people were talking about nervous system reset, stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, etc….. this took care of all of those things, but unfortunately mine broke. It seems like the new ones are a little thicker on the side, may have fallen asleep w it on… but I have to say the customer service was top-notch also. I say this all the time if this device was triple the money it would be worth it. I do not have placebo effect because I feel most things are hype.. this has science behind it and how I feel speaks for itself.. great product and they back up the warranty . Thank you for everything.

It's been a few months of Pulsetto for me. It was a gift from my best friend who knows a lot of the trauma I've been through, and my decades long (in my 40s) healing journey. Even after so much therapy, medication, body work, energy healing, ketamine therapy, EMDR therapy - like, I really have tried everything and gotten the benefit of it. But even after all that, Pulsetto adds a foundational sense of calm and relief to my emotional world. I first noticed it a few weeks ago - that is, several weeks in. I've suffered from eczema all my life and, the itchy patches...and the general faint sense of itchiness that's lived under my skin all along were just quiet. I try to use it twice a day, and I notice when I don't. Also, my sleep scores climbed from an average of 75ish for the last 2-3 years, to 85ish since starting to use this device.

First of all i was not told, nor did the add mention i needed a premium subscription to an app for it to actuallyhelp anything. I live on disability and buying it once was hard enough. Then i explained all of this to "customer service" and they drug out the return process (by not returning emails quickly or giving the instructions to do the return )to the point that, even after the return "was going to be accepted" "oh darn THE RETURN WINDOW IS CLOSED". This company is not honest. It stole over 500 bucks from me and kept trying to take money from my account. First for over $120 then $45 over and over. THIS UNIT WILL NOT HELP ANYONE UNLESS YOU BUY THE PREMIUM APP AND PAY MORE FOR THIS. ITS A CONTINUOUS BILL. If you try to return it for this reason they will drag out the process then close the return window. I have emails from the company SAYING MY RETURN WOULD BE ACCEPTED then the next day the window was closed!!

The Pulsetto was given to me as a gift and I originally thought it would be all talk with no results. I could not have been more wrong. It’s helped me with general pain, headaches and anxiety. This company will try and rip you off. When you go to pay, it will show a subscription for a Premium package that you can not opt out of. It says its a free trial and you can cancel any time. But there is no way to cancel. I have emailed them at least a half dozen times and they refuse to remove and credit me. So far they have charged my card 3 times and I haven't even opened the package containing the device. And I will not until this is resolved. Beware. This company is shady. I am at the point where I am contacting my CC company, the FTC, BBB, and state consumer protection agencies. Stay away. Plus, as I have researched this company, they have been sued by numerous other companies for patent infringement. I dont think they are going to be around long.
