Still Ignored After Public Promise — All Talk No Action
I previously left a review detailing the ongoing nightmare with my order which has been unresolved since the 8th of June. Pulsetto replied publicly to that review stating — and I quote — "your case is being actively investigated and you will hear from us directly very soon." That was on the 17th of July. It is now weeks later and I have heard absolutely nothing. No email, no refund, no update, no contact whatsoever. This is exactly what I warned about in my original review. They reply publicly to look like they care, to protect their reputation and make potential customers think they are on top of things — but behind the scenes they do absolutely nothing. It is performative customer service at its worst. They saw my review, crafted a polished response to manage how they look, and then went straight back to ignoring me. To recap for anyone reading this — my original order never arrived. I specifically requested a refund from the very beginning and instead was sent a replacement against my wishes. The replacement also had issues. I have been chasing a resolution since June and have sent email after email with no meaningful response. They even attempted to charge my subscription during all of this. I purchased this product to help with stress. The fact that a company designed to relieve stress has caused me more of it than almost anything else this year says everything you need to know. Do not trust the public replies on here — look at how they actually treat customers when no one is watching. Avoid.

This company lacks integrity .
Lynn Harris · Please beware of this company’s lack of integrity. They charged me for a premium subscription I did not sign up for, and now the only way to contact them is through email, and their AI response. There is no way to telephone them. They contend that I have no subscription so they won’t refund my $48.24. I have no complaints about the device itself, just know that it is very difficult to communicate with the company.

Scammers! I asked Andrew to cancel my premium app, He WOULD NOT! They will keep charging you for a premium app even if you tell them to cancel, what a rip off! They owe me money back! Run! Don’t buy! If you’re product was really good you would not scsm people

I was hesitant to start using my Pulsetto, but boy was it a life saver. I have been using it every night and I sleep so great. This was a gift from above. I've stopped all the sleeping pills, CBD and such. I sleep like a baby now.

Be aware
Since i purchase device, a month ago, used only once, as feel very uncomfortable. Also did not like the way how its work. It has to be connected to the mobile phone, it must use the location, then you have to pay bills for a monitoring etc. The most important is, they draw the money from my account a month after purchase without my agreement, permission for whatever comes to their mind ( subscription, premium, etc) The question is, is it that device safe, is it tested and if so, how? Who gives approval for this device to be on market and if exist who is it? Look like just another usage of so called AI way to make money. Buy the way the same item it can be find on internet for 60€

I loved the product
I loved the product. It helped with sleep, anxiety, mood and within 6 days. However, 3/5 stars due to an extra charge of $48.78 for no reason, which has not only happened to me, but 3 of my friends. An extra charge...for no reason. Watch out for this!!!

The Pulsetto FIT can actually help improve gut health!
The Vagus nerve stimulation on the Pulsetto FIT product has seemed to genuinely help with improving my (poor) gut health! Note that the application of the “Gut Health” mode requires the premium subscription; if you do have gastrointestinal issues that the Pulsetto FIT can genuinely help with, then the product and the subscription are both worth buying (if recommended by your gastroenterologist).

My overall experience with Pulsetto has been very positive. The device is easy to use, the app feels clear, and Customer Support has always been quick to reply when I have had a question. I mostly use it as part of my evening routine, and it helps me slow down before sleep. What I like most is that it fits into normal life. It does not require a huge routine or a lot of effort. I can use it for a short session and feel more settled afterward. For me, that makes it a product worth recommending.

SCAM ALERT!
Device did barely anything, when it worked. Incredibly annoying were the constant prompts and emails but most scammy was that they signed me up for ... and kept charging me for ... a subscription when all I wanted was the device. When I finally was able to get some refunds for the many charges made and was able to cancel the unwanted subscription, a mysterious several hundred dollar charge to my account from Pulsetto was made! VISA did refund me that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!
