I’ve used Pulsetto daily for 30 days now. I believe that it is helpful for my sleep, digestion, and for managing burnout. I look forward to using it and have been very consistent as recommended. I am glad that I decided to try Pulsetto and I even bought one for my sister to try and she likes it also.
It’s a little odd at first and has a learning curve. Regular use increases relaxation. My watch started registering better sleep cycles with in a week. Very happy that I took the risk

Really enjoy this product. I haven’t fully utilized it, but I like it enough to review this product.
The device is great. It triggers a automatic Vagus nerve response after use. It does alleviate anxiety, especially with the breathing exercises it suggests. It i formative. I don't like how there is a subscription as I think the free mode is great. I like how it feels. I haven't had to reach out to customer service yet. The application is responsive and connectivity is a breeze. Gonna make it part of my self routine daily.

I am going to start by saying, that I was referred to this company via a medical provider, and although I do not have permission to give their names, they were extremely disappointed, had to help get involved to get my money back. I would not recommend this product to anyone and heres why. Prior, to being recommended by a medical professional, I took my time looking at the device online. I was instantly barraged with obnoxious emails, text messages to purchase the vagus nerve stimulator, and typically this is a red flag to me when businesses inundate you with sales emails or communications. I found this to be extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. At this point, I should have walked away, however, when an individual is looking for methods to improve their lives, sleep or whatever applicable, they sometimes will try things that may be an option for assistance. At this point, I went with what a doctor recommended, and it became the nightmare I didn't want. I was inundated with sales emails, and the coupons, and when purchasing it, I tried to use one of the coupons only for it to get kicked out of the cart when doing the transaction. Not to mention, adding a subscription to a membership that I did not ask for, but was deceitfully put in my cart. I emailed the owner's about this immediately only to receive another coupon for products. I had not even received mine yet. Not to mention, you have to have the app to use their product, which is clunky, and technically a mess. This company charges for the app, which you do not get told prior to purchase. When I received the vagus nerve stimulator, they don't include a charging port, which I felt was cheap, considering you are paying an arm and a leg for their device, they said, we assume everyone has one. Do you know what assuming gets you when you presume everyone has a US B port. I dont own one, so I would have to go buy one, to use your product. I email them about my displeasure, and at this point, This becomes a hard no for me. However, the hardest and worst part about this experience is yet to come. I cancelled my membership, that I didnt consent to, so I would not have my credit card freely charged against my permission/s. To return the item, you have to get permission, and approval One cannot just mail it back and get a full refund. Which this is where they ghosted me for days to ignore that I did not want their product, or the cat and mouse game they play to grant you permission to return this nightmare. I had to repeatedly notify them, involve the clinic that recommended them, to call repeatedly on my behalf. This product is not for people who hate being barraged by solicitations, false unusable coupons, memberships that magically show up to be charged without notifications or permission's, a multitude a questions that are so personal, to use their app that you would think your filling out doctors paperwork. Or what about the nonsense return permissions that you must obtain prior to returning the device. Not to mention the solicitations for paying for a warranty for 5years of this product. NO THANKS. You can keep the nightmare, and all the terrible customer service.

It doesn't work without the app. In order to use it you are forced to complete an endless list of questions abouty your personal life, such as what's worrying you, etc. It just goes on and on. I didn't bother completing it and you apparently cannot operate it without the app. So I will either return it unused or dump it in the trash.

I have tried on two separate occasions to reach out to let them know that my unit does not accumulate information and shut off inadvertently in the middle of a session. No one has responded. I would definitely think twice before purchasing this even if the unit works this is a snapshot of what trying to reach out to them is like no responses no communication whatsoever and I’m left with a unit that’s broken.

The device works really well on my pain and I use it every day. I will continue to use it as well as I can. This is my second PULSETTO because the other broke.
