⭐☆☆☆☆ FOURTH REVIEW – Because Pulsetto still hasn’t resolved anything. I cannot believe I’m having to write a fourth Trustpilot review just to be heard. Every single time I leave a review, Pulsetto posts the same copied-and-pasted response claiming the courier provided proof of delivery and that my case was “thoroughly investigated.” Yet they conveniently leave out everything that happened afterwards. If the parcel was unquestionably delivered, then why did your team promise to send me a replacement? Why was I repeatedly told my replacement was being processed? Why was my case escalated to management? Why was I told on 26 June that your legal team would contact me within two weeks? That deadline passed. Nobody contacted me. When I chased it up, I was simply told the investigation was taking longer. So which is it? Either you were completely confident the parcel was delivered, or there was enough uncertainty that you promised a replacement and escalated the matter. Your own emails contradict the public replies you keep posting on Trustpilot. Months later, I still don’t have the product I paid for. Months later, I still don’t have a refund. Instead of resolving my case, Pulsetto has spent more time responding to my Trustpilot reviews and challenging them than actually fixing the problem. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Endless promises. Endless delays. Missed deadlines. Contradictory explanations. No resolution. Potential customers deserve to know how this was handled.

I needed this device dealing with some health issues and after about four months of researching devices, I decided to use the Pulsetto. I paid almost $300 and I got it and it wouldn’t even Power up out of the box. I can’t even really get a response to get it switched out or get my money back. I’m so disappointed. So I got a reply back, offering me a full refund, but I’ve yet to hear back Now I’m getting no response

I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. They have been charging me every month for the past couple of years, even though I don't have an account with them. I have informed them of this, but they keep putting the responsibility back on me by asking for an order number. The whole point is that I can't find one because I don't have an account. So, as I understand it, they intend to keep taking money from me for as long as they can. 7 aug There has been no change. No one has contacted me regarding this, and they charged me again this month.
